Easier said than done

Bang Kieu have managed to found a cave while searching for some bedding materials. It wasn't far away from their original site and was large enough to fill all five of them comfortably. Nhu Loan and Minh Tuyet went out to gather firewood while LTQ went fishing. Bang Kieu sat there keeping the fire going, Beckham's laughs can be heard in the background.

Bang Kieu: Beckham, remember stay where you see light okay?

Beckham: Ok!

Nhu Loan entered the cave with a heaping pile of twigs. She dropped them beside Bang Kieu with a big sigh. Bang Kieu looked up, expecting to see Minh Tuyet and Nhu Loan but only one was there,

Bang Kieu: Where's Minh Tuyet?

Nhu Loan: Oh We saw LTQ on our way back...she and him- you know.

Bang Kieu: (sigh) what's the problem now?

Nhu Loan: Fish

Bang Kieu: Fish?

Nhu Loan: Yeah, he was catching a lot of small ones. She complained and threw them back to the ocean and you know what happens next (smiling)

Bang Kieu let out another sigh, this time louder and more annoyed. Beckham had grew tired running around and was sleeping on a pile of leaves Bang Kieu had made as a bed earlier. Nhu Loan explored the cave. Even though it wasn't that large, it was still fun for her.

Nhu Loan: HEY LOOK!

Bang Kieu: What?

Nhu Loan: Cave paintings! wow they look so ancient and the stick drawings seem to tell a story. Wow, isn't this exciting? Someone had stayed here before us!

Bang Kieu: (paused) No that's just Beckham's drawings with a burnt stick earlier

Nhu Loan: Oh (in disappointment and a bit embarrassed)

Minh Tuyet and LTQ stormed in, both were furious at each other.

LTQ: You didn't have to let them go!

Minh Tuyet: How could we eat a bunch of goldfishes?

LTQ: They are not goldfishes!

Minh Tuyet: You expect us to be full with those things?

LTQ: DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG IT TOOK ME TO CATCH THEM?

Minh Tuyet: Wow, you must really suck then!

Bang Kieu: Enough! please keep it down, Beckham is sleeping. I'll do the fishing!

He grabbed the fishing pole out of LTQ's hands and headed out.

After dinner everyone gathered around the fire. No one said anything for awhile. Though each had much to say, it was impossible to get the word out. Beckham seemed to be the only one who didn't have the same problem.

"I want candy," he said randomly. But to their surprise, everyone made a conversation out of it,

"I want new clothes"

"I want a decent bath..."

"I want real food!"

"Am I the only one who thinks this is also a good thing?" Bang Kieu said, sounding rather annoyed at his friend's compaints. "I get to spend time with my family and friends more. There's no one watching us. No paparazzis. No crazy fans. No stalker... Isn't it a good thing?"

"Yea..." Nhu Loan replied weakly, "But I miss the civilized life too. It's so hopeless now. We're probably going to die here."

Everyone looked at her. It was obvious that they didn't like what she just said.

"It doesn't help being so low-spirited either. We still have a chance. We'll think of a way to get off this island," LTQ comforted her.

"Easier said than done," Minh Tuyet said mockingly.

"Will you please stop going against everything I say!"

"I'm merely stating the truth"

"PLEASE! GUYS!" Bang Kieu and Nhu Loan yelled in unison.

LTQ and Minh Tuyet grew quiet and gave each other a look before turning away. No one said anything for the rest of the night.
