A Tribute to MIMC Artworks 2
Aside from the stunning graphics, MIMC is also known for the videos that helps promote the image of the fanfic. It's also what really sets us apart from other fanfic. We like to think of our stories as movies in a way, so we try to create a trailer as well as poster for it. We'll start from the very first video, which is the first sneak peak at the new series.
At first we only wanted three main characters for the fanfic, so that's the reason why Bang Kieu was not in it. The song used is called "Step into the bad side" from the movie Dreamgirls, and it obviously fits into the theme of MIMC. The black and white helps give it a classy sophisticated look but also give a rough feel like Sin City. If you guys watch it carefully you'll notice you see Paris By Night talent show logo for a brief moment and what a coincidence that there's a talent show plot in the series.

During Season 1, we were growing very tired of writing...MIMC that is and just can't wait to finish off the season and start on a new project, which was the story of a prequel. This gives us the opportunity to show more about the characters and their background how they become who they are today, of course it didn't work out and in the end, we decided to go ahead with season 2. So we used the break to begin writing the episodes for season 2. The story, however, if was to be done, would've had a much lighter tone comparing to the first season, as depicted in the trailer with colorful clips and upbeat songs.

This was made Exclusively for Dylan's Entertainment 24/7 blog for the 2007 Fanfic Convention. It's a little teaser of what's coming up in Season 2, the music used is Timbaland's "Release"

This is more of a music video than a trailer as the entire song was used. This season promises to be more wilder than the last, so the right song needs to be chosen and another Timbaland song "Throw it on me" fits the theme as Season 2 is very in your face. Like in the Season 1 trailer, there are more hints in the trailer that will tell you what will happen. Comparing this with the very first video, it's quite a contrast as ones monotone and the other is full of colors as many people didn't like the black and white style.

Due to the lack of episodes being posted on time or none at all, since there was technical issues and other things such as school is coming up. So this video was made to tell everyone that yes MIMC is continuing with more, which leads to the song choice of Britney Spear's "Gimme More" song which is highly addicting :) From where we have left off, the gang was getting ready for the final show, and this shows them at the show. Not much fancy editing compared to the Season 2 trailer.
Now it's time to introduce MIMC's newest character, I don't think I need to say who as it'll be obvious who it is.

The video is a throwback to the very first MIMC video and is the MIMC classic look so what better way then to introduce an old fashioned, classic character than to pair it up with a classic hit, Smooth Criminal.
